By registering an account or using any part of the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Overview

Chameleo is a mobile educational app designed to help users improve cross-cultural communication and cultural intelligence through interactive learning modules, quizzes, and multimedia content.
The App includes, but is not limited to:

Country-specific cultural insights
Interactive lessons, audio, video, and quizzes
Gamified learning features to track progress
Quick tips for business, travel, and personal interactions across cultures

2. Account Registration

To access Chameleo, you must create an account using a valid email address and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Chameleo is intended for users who are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction). By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under 16 to use the Service without appropriate parental or legal guardian consent. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor without required consent, we may suspend or terminate the account and delete the associated information.

3. Subscription Model

Chameleo operates on a subscription-based model, where:

A valid subscription is required to access premium content and features
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account settings.

Note: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Chameleo solely for lawful and educational purposes. You may not:

Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App
Use the App to harm, harass, or unlawfully target individuals or groups
Share your login credentials with others or enable unauthorized access
Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract App content

5. Content & Educational Disclaimer

Chameleo provides cultural insights based on reputable cross-cultural research. While we strive for accuracy and relevance:

We do not guarantee complete accuracy of all information, as cultures evolve over time
Content is for educational purposes only and should be interpreted in context
We are not responsible for decisions made based on the use of the App

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, and code within Chameleo are the exclusive property of One World Labs Oy.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Support & Communication

We provide support via email at chameleoapp@gmail.com.

We may send you service-related announcements, feature updates, or billing notices as part of your subscription.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the above email.

8. Termination

Chameleo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Engage in suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity
Fail to comply with applicable laws

Unused subscription time will not be refunded upon termination.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the data protection laws of Finland and the European Union.
In case of any privacy disputes, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
